Cala Gaviota is a real estate company that was founded in 1998 in Colonia de Sant Jordi.
As part of our ongoing growth, and in order to provide the best possible service to our clients, we currently have two offices, one in Ses Salines and another one in Colonia de Sant Jordi.
With a portfolio of more than 350 properties throughout the island and a team of experienced professionals to assist you in Spanish, French, English, German, Italian and Dutch, we are specialists in the sale and rental of all types of properties in the south-east of Mallorca.
